Evaluation System Guidelines for Teachers

In this document, you will find all the instructions for schools’ entries to the ‘Make it Heard 2024‘ competition on the evaluation page.

Step 1

 Login

If you are a teacher in a school in Greece you will need to click on “Log in with Greek School Network“. A new window will ask you for your IDS login details. Once you have entered them and logged in you will automatically be taken to the next page of the assessment system.

If you are a teacher in a Cyprus or Diaspora school, you must log in with your details by entering them in the fields below.

Step 2

Access to the system and participation code

You will be presented with the “Make it Heard 2024” menu with the option for the “Rating System”.

⚠️ Attention ⚠️ You can only access it with the username you used to submit!

If you have sent more than one entry, you will select the entry you want to evaluate and see the unique code corresponding to it that you must give to the students in your group.

Step 3

Audition of students

You must give your students the audition code at the top of the page. This will allow them to listen to the entries that your school is going to assess to engage them in the assessment.

Step 4

Hearing by a responsible teacher and creating a ranking list

You as the teacher in charge can listen to the entries of the schools for the respective category and level of education and you can see how many of your pupils have taken part in the listening process and have indicated that they like some of them.

Depending on the number of entries in the respective category, a certain number of audio files will be displayed to create a ranking list and give the score accordingly. You can listen to what your students have said they like and take it into account when creating the list in the right-hand panel. By tapping the two lines under ‘move’ and Dragging them to the right in your right-hand box ‘Ranking entries‘

 

Step 5

Submission of evaluation

⚠️ Don’t forget to “Finalize” as you see below.
