\"\"\u00ab\u00a0European School Radio, the First Student Radio\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> is participating as a Media Sponsor in TechSaloniki 2025<\/strong>, on May 16 and 17, the largest technology event in Thessaloniki.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a central presence at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall<\/strong>, European School Radio will be broadcasting a live radio show, offering journalistic coverage of the event. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the future of radio through the lens of the new generation and the latest advancements in Information Technology and Media.<\/span><\/p>\n

Together with the International Hellenic University<\/strong> and the Intelligent Systems and Internet Applications Research Lab<\/strong>, the event will feature the first official presentation of the technological innovation of the European project \u201cKids Radio Europe\u201d<\/strong>, implemented under the Creative Europe \u2013 Media Literacy<\/strong> program. The project upgrades and evolves the current online platform of European School Radio by integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for automatic recognition, processing, and in-depth analysis of audio content in a multilingual environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

In parallel, the event will introduce the under-development European platform youthradio.eu<\/strong>, which aspires to give voice to young people across Europe\u2014promoting youth journalism, inclusive participation, and intercultural communication, regardless of language or background.<\/span><\/p>\n
