European School Radio has been invited to lead a workshop in the Online Conference for eTwinning Schools on 29-31 May 2024 centered around the theme \u00abStudents in eTwinning Schools as agents of change\u00bb provided by the European School Education Platform.<\/a>
\nWe’ve accepted the invitation and our workshop titled: \u00abEuropean School Radio: Youth Radio & Podcasting Community in Education<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb took place on Thursday 30\/5 at 15:45-17:00 WS2 and on Friday 31\/5 at 16:00-17:15 WS7. The presenters were Eftychia Touliou, Chairperson of our Administrative Committee, & Vasileia Dilaveri, Member of our Administrative Committee.<\/p>\n

In these two workshops, we presented European School Radio, the services and capabilities it offers to educators, students, and other educational entities, as well as our experience in European programs with a focus on the new Creative Europe project titled \u00abKids Radio Europe.\u00bb The conference was addressed to eTwinners and members of National eTwinning Agencies, with participants from Europe (Italy, Spain, Romania, North Macedonia, Austria, Greece), as well as from Turkey and Jordan.<\/p>\n

The participants showed a lot of interest in the potencials that our platform offers to them as teachers to empower their students’ active citizenship skills and they participated vividly in our activities and Q&A session.<\/p>\n
